Application of rails.  Here you can see the smooth hollow core section medially with the rails glued and clamped on laterally.  The clamps are secured for approximately 36-48 hours before releasing them.  The application of rails is akin to the entire solid blank construction process (photos of solid blank contruction to come soon!).
